COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS
Welcome to Nanook territory. America's Arctic University, UAF, is widely known as Alaska's Research University. UAF Students can complete vocational and technical programs or pursue undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees. The UAF campus encompasses six unique locations where traditional or non-traditional students can pursue their goals. Academic options include; education, engineering and mining, climate, fisheries and ocean studies, and our internationally acclaimed circumpolar North and the Pacific Rim program.
RESIDENCE LIFE AND HOUSING
Life on campus at UAF is about convenience and community. Students who wish to live on-campus can choose from dorms, suites, apartments, and duplexes, depending on their year at the school and personal needs. Students who live on campus enjoy easy access to classrooms, dining, free laundry, and all campus activities.
ORGANIZATIONS AND CLUBS
Students at UAF can explore their interests or discover new ones. UAF offers a variety of on-campus clubs, including aeronautics, leadership, co-ed athletics, alpine sports, arts, crafts, community, and more. No matter what you're interested in, there's probably a club or organization for you.
